About

Welcome to my corner of the internet! I’m Nicole, a passionate adult educator, certified life coach, and lay Buddhist practitioner. I’m also a full-time mom and a second-year counseling graduate student. My coaching and counseling approach is rooted in person-centered, existential, and Buddhist principles, aimed at helping others find meaning and purpose.

I specialize in coaching educators and leaders to develop emotional intelligence and advocate for a nurturing educational environment, especially in healthcare. I have over 16 years of experience in higher education, currently serving as a program director, and I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.

Beyond my professional life, I love photography, reading, and writing. I enjoy capturing everyday moments and sharing inspiring stories. Join me in exploring life’s unscripted moments, finding beauty in chaos, and embracing each day with mindfulness and intention.

I hold an associate’s degree in surgical technology and am pursuing a Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling. I’ve practiced Tibetan Buddhism since my teenage years and have officiated over 100 interfaith and secular weddings. I volunteer as a court-appointed advocate for children in foster care and am a graduate of the Boy Scouts of America Wood Badge leadership training course.
